AM I ELIGIBLE FOR THE FREE TRIAL?
You are eligible for the free 5000 Digitized stitches trial, if you are from a company having their own domain name (www.domain.com) and having an email address belonging to a domain. Requests using free email addresses are NOT eligible for any trial.
HOW TO ORDER A FREE TRIAL ?
Free trial designs are simple to order. You need to Register on our website first, After registering Login to your member control area and place a new order, Mention in instruction box "FREE TRIAL". If you do not mention it you will be charged for the complete order.
WHEN WILL I GET MY DESIGN BACK?
An order conformation will be sent to you after placing an order. It normally takes 6-24 hours for your design to be processed and delivered. Please make sure you put in all relevant information of your design while you place a order, it saves time. If we find that your information lacks complete info or that your artwork is not suitable for digitizing, we will get back to you. But In order to Avoid this Delay we suggest you to fill our Order form appropriatley.
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES?
No! we do not have any hidden costs or charges.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR DIGITIZING?
We offer Free Embroidery Digitizing Trial to Know us better, you will not be charged at all if your design has 5000 or less stitches, if in case your design exceeds 5000 stitches you will only be charged the exceeding stitches. For example if your design contains 6945 stitches, you will have to pay only $2.92 for the 1945 stitches
