No, all we need is a relatively clear image with the colour separations. However, the better the artwork, the better the final product.

Yes you can provide us a sketch and any image, we will convert it into a professional digitized file with some help of our professional designers.

You need to login and place an order or estimate from your account only.

Once you have submitted the artwork, it will be checked thoroughly and processed by our audit team. After then, you will receive a confirmation of your artwork if we need anything from you.

All the required information is collected through the order placement form, you don’t need to worry about that.

If the artwork is perfect and has passed the audit, our normal turnaround time is 3-12 hours. You can chat with us for more details.

We accept the following file formats: .eps or .ai (preferred), .jpg, .png, .tif, .gif, .bmp, .pcx, .png, .pdf, .cdr, .psd.

Yes, we accept vector format artwork such as .cdr, .ai, .eps, .wmf, etc. If you send us in CorelDraw (.cdr) or Adobe Illustrator (.ai), make sure to convert the artwork from text to curves. Otherwise, we may not be able to read the exact font that you have sent.

We offer all the major embroidery formats that include .emb, .dst, .exp, .cnd, .dsb, .dsz, .ksm, .t01, .t03, .t04, .t05, t09, .xxx, .sew, .jef, .hos, .pes, .pec, .pcs, .pcd, .pcq, .csd, etc.

Yes, we provide .PES and .PEC format for your babylock machines.

Our digitized files are designed by professional digitizers that are made to meet your expectations. We ensure that every digitizer must have an experience with the embroidery machine so he knows what density and underlays must be used to get high quality results.

Once your design is digitized, you will receive an email notification to login and pay for the design. After successful payment, the design will automatically be available for download.

Please download WinZip and install it. Once it has been installed, it will automatically pop up whenever you double-click on a zipped file.

We specifically digitize a design with the fabric in mind. The fabric will dictate the type of underlay, push-and-pull compensation and density that the digitizer must address in creating the design. If you want the design on multiple fabrics, certain edits are needed depending on the fabric type.

No, we can’t sell you the design that is ordered by someone else.

Yes, backups are available in the clients’ account panel for 90 days.

The total amount depends on the number of stitches in a design. You can place an estimate request to get the pricing for digitizing.

We do not charge for minor edits until it has some serious work.
